Introducing Lee
I am delighted to introduce the newest and youngest member of our team, Lee Taylor, who has joined us as a trainee Paraplanner/Financial Adviser.
We moved to Newport three and a half years ago and the move to our High Street offices has certainly been a great success. We wanted to bring back financial advice to the High Street at a time when many of the banks were withdrawing access to financial advice from their branches.
As you may know, alongside our independent financial advice business we run the Yorkshire Building Society local agency. This has also proved to be a great success.
We want to invest in the future of the business and with this in mind we have recruited Lee with a view of training him to become a qualified Financial Adviser. We are supporting Lee with the Financial Planning Exams which will ultimately see him qualify as a fully authorised Financial Adviser, initially at Diploma level and perhaps moving on to be a Chartered Financial Adviser in the longer term.
Lee has settled in really well and has already become a highly valued member of our team. He brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to helping our clients and customers.
He is working with both customers of the Yorkshire Building Society and the clients of Robert Nicholas Financial Advisers. An increasing side of our business is the ongoing service provided to our investment and pension clients. Lee is supporting our team of qualified Independent Financial Advisers with the research and analysis required to deliver financial planning solutions to meet our clients’ needs, goals and objectives.
Lee is a keen sportsman and plays football and crown green bowls. He has also been spotted giving up his spare time refereeing the odd Nova Juniors football match at Shuker field.
We are extremely pleased with Lee’s progress so far and wish him well with his ongoing studies.
