Helen – Welcome to the Team!

July is an exciting time for Fit4 the Future with a new recruit joining the team; we welcome Helen Stokes, our first female trainer, who will be running our Monday evening women’s only classes and offering personal training services to clients.

Helen and I met initially around 10 years ago and she shares my ethos for living a fitter future through fun and friendly exercise and making the right lifestyle decisions.

Helen grew up on a farm which is where her passion for being active and spending time in the great outdoors stems from. As well as being a competitive rower, competing at Henley Women’s Regatta and at Eton Dorney, the 2012 Olympic rowing course, she loves trail and fell running. Helen also enjoys getting out on her road bike, climbing, scrambling, paddle boarding and anything involving being active!

Helen is a qualified trainer and has been designing the training plans for the women’s squads at Ironbridge Rowing Club and has worked at a fitness and health spa in Shrewsbury.
Helen can’t wait to meet you all at F4TF and looks forward to working with you!
