Another year but you can’t stand still!

As the end of 2016 fast approaches, we reflect on another busy year.

The letting market locally and nationally remains buoyant with demand and rents continuing the same upward trend with which the year started. I am also personally so pleased to see many of our landlords recognising the need to maintain and reinvest in their properties to stay at the front of the market. There is also a willingness to grow their portfolio which is only possible if you can get the balance of all factors right, something we work hard with our clients to achieve.

No one wants to lose any rent and likewise we never undertake a tenancy expecting it to happen but when it does, this is what you need.

  • Payable until vacant possession
  • Cover limit of £2,500 rent per calendar month
  • Total claims limit of £50,000
  • Upon accepting a claim the insurers will seek repossession of the property at their own expense
